Dr. Prabhat Kumar Pani, an eminent educationist and seasoned academic administrator, has been conferred the prestigious <strong>\u201cAshoka National Lifetime Achievement Award 2025\u201d<\/strong> by <strong>Blue Star Event, Nashik<\/strong> for his remarkable contributions to <strong>Education Excellence and Social Impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With an illustrious career spanning <strong>39 years<\/strong>, Dr. Pani has established himself as one of India\u2019s most respected scholars in the fields of <strong>Finance and Management<\/strong>. A First-Class-First M.Com. graduate from Sambalpur University and a Gold Medal nominee, he went on to earn his Ph.D. in Commerce from Ranchi University. His academic journey reflects a lifelong commitment to research, teaching, and educational leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Pani\u2019s scholarly achievements include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Guiding <strong>10 Ph.D. scholars<\/strong> to successful completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publishing <strong>24 research and text books<\/strong> of national standing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authoring <strong>41 research articles<\/strong>, including 14 in ISO\/UGC certified, peer-reviewed, indexed international journals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presenting <strong>52 research papers<\/strong> across national conferences, plenary sessions, and academic workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successfully completing <strong>two UGC-sponsored Minor Research Projects<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond academics, Dr. Pani has held key administrative positions demonstrating exceptional leadership and integrity. He served as <strong>Controller of Examinations<\/strong> at Kolhan University for six years, <strong>Finance Officer<\/strong> for three years, and also handled additional charge at <strong>Jamshedpur Women\u2019s University<\/strong>. He is currently serving as the <strong>Vice-Chancellor of Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur<\/strong>, where his vision continues to inspire institutional growth and academic excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Pani is also associated with various prestigious bodies, including the <strong>Indian Commerce Association<\/strong>, <strong>International Society of Management (AISM)<\/strong>, and the <strong>United Writers\u2019 Association of India (FUWAI)<\/strong>.
