With over <strong>17 years of continuous teaching experience<\/strong>, he has earned national and international recognition for his contributions to <strong>education, social upliftment, and environmental advocacy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born on <strong>11 October 1976<\/strong> in Telinipara, Bhadreshwar, Hooghly, to <strong>Late Binda Shaw<\/strong> and <strong>Late Faguni Devi<\/strong>, Dr. Shaw overcame severe physical challenges from early childhood\u2014including loss of vision in his right eye and absence of the right hand\u2014transforming adversity into lifelong motivation and leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite financial hardship, he pursued education with determination, often studying under streetlights, and chose teaching as a mission of public service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Academically, he holds <strong>B.A. (History Honours), M.A. in History (First Class), and B.Ed.
