Ambajogai: The 14-day Bhim Jayanti Festival at Sangharshbhumi witnessed various enlightening lectures on different subjects. On April 6th, a lecture by the world record holder and motivational speaker, Sir Nagesh Jondhale, was held on the topic “Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Expectations from the Youth, Society, and Nation.” The program was chaired by Bharat Satpute.

The program commenced with the offering of flowers at the statue of Lord Buddha and at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statue. A collective prayer was also recited. While addressing the gathering, Sir Nagesh Jondhale stated that India is known globally for its youth. He emphasized that Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar expected a youth who, after receiving education, would take responsibility not only for themselves but also for their family and society. He further stated that Dr. Ambedkar desired a society that adhered to the values of wisdom, character, and compassion. A nation based on the principles of liberty, equality, and fraternity was also his vision. Sir Jondhale urged everyone to read Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s books and the Indian Constitution to understand his perspectives. He mentioned that Dr. Ambedkar fought a remarkable struggle to build a strong nation.

At the conclusion, Bharat Satpute delivered the presidential address. The program also witnessed seven-year-old Ishwari Chole, Adishree Birajdar from seventh grade, and Soham Ambad, who, under Sir Nagesh Jondhale’s guidance, gave remarkable speeches and won the hearts of the audience. In addition, several individuals who have made notable contributions in their respective fields were honored. Among them were Prof. Rahul Surwase, Adv. Dilip Gore, Rani and Rupesh Jogdand, Prof. Sunil Waghmare, and Shreya Punam Dhole, who set a world record for speaking and writing one lakh sentences in English in just two months. These individuals were felicitated with a bouquet of flowers and certificates by the Jayanti Utsav Committee and I Centre for their exceptional achievements.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Kirtiraj Lonare, with the inaugural address delivered by Dr. Ganesh Suryavanshi. Sanjay Hatagale read the financial report, and Subhash Ghadge expressed gratitude during the event. The program concluded with a performance of the “Saranat Gatha.”

The event was attended by distinguished guests, including Adv. Sham Tangde, Balbhim Bansode, Murli Dhar Kamble, Vishwanath Sawant, Bhujangrao Jondhale, Pramod Sitap, Sagar Potbhare, Dr. Indrajit Bhagat, Dr. Makarand Jogdand, Rajkumar Salvi, Devanand Jogdand, Dhammannand Vaidya, as well as other dignitaries and attendees including Dhrupadaai Sarwade, Jaiaai Hirve, Swatitai Jondhale, Savitatai Lonare, Dhammapriya Lonare, Sanjivnitaai Ghadge, Jyotitaai Hatagale, Sumitratai Potbhare, Dr. Surekhatai Chavhan, Rekhatai Tarkase, Ramatatai Sitap, Aartitai Bhatkar, Vandanatai Jogdand, Shobhatai Ghodke, Saraswatitai Landge, and Sonam Ghodke.
