Ambajogai (Reporter): “Every individual possesses a unique talent. If recognized and nurtured at the right time with proper guidance, that talent can lead to remarkable achievements,” said renowned legal expert and motivational speaker Adv. Rahul Bansode (Nashik) while addressing students at a prestigious event.

The occasion was a Merit Felicitation and Career Guidance Program organized jointly by Nalanda Foundation, Beed and IE Centre Pro, Ambajogai, held at the Adyakavi Mukundraj Cultural Auditorium on the 15th.June, Adv. Bansode was invited as the Chief Guest Speaker.

While addressing the gathering, he stated, “In today’s competitive era, academic excellence alone is not enough. One needs self-belief, determination, consistency, and commitment to their goals. Don’t depend on others for your shine—create it yourself.”

He also elaborated on the vast career opportunities in the field of law, emphasizing that law is not confined to advocacy alone. It includes avenues like the judiciary, administration, human rights, consultancy, international law, and legal research, providing a wide range of career prospects.

The event also included a special felicitation of achievers who were recognized under the Ideal Indian Book of Records. Speaking on this, Adv. Bansode remarked, “These record holders have reached great heights through their inner potential. This proves that with the right opportunity, guidance, and self-confidence, anyone can become a record-holder.”

He further praised IE Centre Pro, calling it not just an educational hub, but a global platform for identifying hidden talents and transforming students into internationally recognized achievers. He commended Sir Nagesh Jondhale, an Amazon bestselling author and world record holder, for his visionary leadership in shaping young minds.

The program was graced by dignitaries including Prof. Pradeep Rode, Dr. Babasaheb Thombre (Associate Dean and Principal), Sir Nagesh Jondhale, Prof. Ram Gaikwad, Rajendra Ghodke, and Jagan Sarwade, among others.

During the event, students who successfully completed the “IE Centre Pro – The Dynamic Communicator” and “IE Centre Pro – Champion” programs were felicitated with trophies, books, certificates, and bouquets. These students mastered English communication confidently within 31 days under the expert guidance of Sir Nagesh Jondhale.

Additionally, meritorious students who excelled in SSC and HSC board exams were honored in a grand ceremony.

The program began with an introductory speech by Dr. Vikas Waghmare, anchoring by Rahul Survase, and a vote of thanks by Dr. Kirtiraj Lonavare. The entire event was a collaborative success, driven by the dedicated efforts of Nalanda Foundation and IE Centre Pro, Ambajogai (Beed).
