New Delhi, October 26, 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation in the 127th episode of his radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ today. Extending festive greetings on the occasion of Chhath Puja, he appreciated various initiatives across the country that promote culture, unity, and environmental conservation.

Highlighting public participation, the Prime Minister referred to mangrove conservation efforts in Gujarat, the ‘Garbage Café’ initiative in Ambikapur, and lake rejuvenation projects in Bengaluru. He also expressed pride in the inclusion of Indian dog breeds in the BSF and CRPF.

PM Modi urged citizens to participate in the ‘Run for Unity’ event on October 31 in honor of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary, to strengthen national unity.

Referring to ‘Koraput Coffee’ from Odisha, he said, “This coffee is a matter of pride for Odisha; Indian coffee is now gaining global recognition.”

The Prime Minister announced that the 150th year of ‘Vande Mataram’ will be celebrated nationwide starting November 7, calling the song “an enduring symbol of our love for the motherland.”

He also lauded the youth for revitalizing the Sanskrit language and called for the celebration of ‘Tribal Pride Day’ on the birth anniversaries of revolutionaries Komaram Bheem and Birsa Munda in Telangana.

Concluding his address, PM Modi said, “Do share with me the stories of inspiring people across the country; their work reflects the renewed spirit of India.”
