Serving in the Department of History in Education at Gondalpara Sastri Hindi High School (H.S.), under the Government of West Bengal, Dr. Shaw has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds and uplifting society. Despite facing severe physical challenges—including partial blindness in his right eys and the loss of his right hand with fingers—his resilience and dedication remain a beacon of hope and inspiration.
About 17 years, Dr. Shaw has empowered countless students through his passionate teaching and has actively promoted environmental awareness alongside social upliftment initiatives. His role as a committed social and environmental activist has left a lasting impact on the local community and beyond. During the COVID-19 pandemic, his selfless efforts to support vulnerable populations earned him widespread respect and gratitude.
Over the years, Dr. Shaw has received numerous national and international accolades, including honorary doctorates from prestigious institutions and recognition by several Book of Records for his outstanding contributions to education and community welfare.
