Imphal, Manipur — In a remarkable recognition of his lifelong dedication to community welfare, spiritual guidance, and the preservation of indigenous culture, Dr. Thokchom Radhamuhon has been conferred with the Ashoka National Lifetime Achievement Award for Social Work. The prestigious honor celebrates his unwavering service to society and his vital role in upholding the rich traditions of Manipur.

Residing at Luwangsangbam Mamang Leikai, Imphal East District, Dr. Radhamuhon has dedicated decades of his life to social and cultural service through his work with Maichou Yaima Ahal (Astrology) and institutions such as Umanglai Haraoba / Eratlangba and Meihourol Enat / Utra Shanglen Sanakonung. His deep knowledge of traditional rituals, spirituality, and cultural practices has helped preserve and promote the Meetei community’s heritage for future generations.

Through his sincere devotion and service-oriented life, Dr. Radhamuhon has become a symbol of compassion, wisdom, and cultural pride. His work continues to inspire harmony, moral strength, and respect for indigenous identity within society.
