Kolkata 18 Dec.2025 : In a rare recognition of excellence achieved at an exceptionally young age, Abhiraj Shee, an 11-year-old student of Delhi Public School, Megacity, Kolkata, has been conferred the Ashoka National Lifetime Achievement Award by Blue Star Events, Nashik. The honour recognises his outstanding contributions as a child author, academic achiever and multi-talented performer, reflecting a journey marked by discipline, curiosity and creative brilliance.
Widely regarded as an internationally recognised child prodigy, Abhiraj has already earned nine world records and accumulated over 500 awards and more than 650 certificates across academics, literature, memory-based performances, Olympiads, coding and creative arts. Despite his young age, his achievements reflect sustained dedication rather than isolated success.
A passionate young writer, Abhiraj has authored 34 books, setting a world record for the highest number of books published by a pre-teen. His literary excellence has been consistently acknowledged at the National Young Authors Fair, where he has been honoured for three consecutive years (2023–24, 2024–25 and 2025–26), including top national rankings as a best-selling author.
Beyond writing, Abhiraj has demonstrated remarkable intellectual versatility. He has secured international ranks in multiple Olympiads, developed over 150 educational and quiz-based computer applications, and earned the distinction of TCS SDG Ambassador after successfully completing all 17 levels of the Mission SDG Early Bird Contest. His accomplishments span diverse fields while maintaining academic excellence, having secured first position in his school consistently.
