Dehradun, 04 Dec. : In a landmark achievement that has captured national attention, Ayush Rana, a 12-year-old student from Dehradun, has been officially recognised by The Ideal Indian Book of Records as the “Youngest Strength Lifter to Perform a 133 kg Deadlift at the Age of 12.”

Displaying extraordinary strength and flawless technique, Ayush executed a 133 kg deadlift in a single attempt, using an 18 kg barbell loaded with 57.5 kg plates on each side. The lift was performed under the close supervision of experts and his coaching team, ensuring complete adherence to safety and professional standards.
